Maridenia Villa is a newly-built holiday home in Lithakia, Zakynthos, which will definitely offer you an amazing holiday experience!
Located a few kilometers away from the world-known Laganas tourist resort, where you will find anything you may need, Maridenia Villa can provide you with the ideal vacation, as it offers both privacy and luxury – as well as a magnificent swimming pool!
The two-story Maridenia Villa measures 110 square meters and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests in its rooms; it is therefore ideal for families or groups of friends.
There are three bedrooms in total: The one that is located on the ground floor has direct access to the swimming pool, is equipped with two single beds (that can be merged into a queen-sized one), and features a bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor; they feature a queen-sized bed and two single ones (that can be merged into a queen-sized one), respectively, and they have access to a bathroom with a shower and to a furnished veranda with a view of the pool. On the ground floor, one will find the spacious, stylishly furnished living room, as well as the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
The outdoor spaces are fenced and private, and they offer a dining area, a built BBQ and a wonderful swimming pool!
Important note: Visitors that are not included in the reservation and remain at the property during the day, use any of the facilities or stay at night, will be charged 20 euros per person per day.

Maridenia Villa is located near mini markets, coffee shops and restaurants, and it is situated just a short drive away from the nearest beach of Agios Sostis, where you can also find mini markets and restaurants.
Maridenia Villa is built in the beautiful village of Lithakia; the village, with its 1,500 permanent citizens, is located in the southwestern part of the island, built at the south-eastern foothills of Mt. Vrachionas, and extends down to the famous Laganas bay. Lithakia is 10.5 km away from Zante Town, the island’s wonderful capital.
